How to Use the Law of Attraction to Lose Weight

Remember when “The Secret” was the rage? It was everywhere, “The Secret” books. “The Secret” DVDs. “Secret” bumper sticker. Only it’s not really a secret. The concept behind this seemingly “new” phenomenon is actually a very long time, it’s just never been so packed “attractive” before now (pardon the pun!). Anyway, the basic premise behind the Law of Attraction is: “to concentrate on what you want, and you can do it.”

But did you know that you can use the principles behind the Law of Attraction to lose weight? Everyone can use their minds to good things in life: You have the option of everything you want. It’s about the mind a picture of what you want through a process called visualization. To get what you want, you need to determined what that is.

To start using a few basic questions:

* What exactly is your goal weight?

* How will you feel when you reach your ideal weight?

* What will you wear, and how is it to your fit, healthy, slim body?

Visualization is using your imagination “Daydream” on the things you want. Remember when you said to the class for the discharge? Now it turns out, your teachers were wrong, daydreaming is actually very good for you, unless it wisely. If I use the term “visualization” I’m not just with your eyes, I speak with all five senses – sight, hearing, feeling, tasting, and / or smell.

Some people think what they wear, or a meaning for them, rather than to see, or they can imagine that they can hear others congratulating them on their success when they have reached the goal. All these are examples of the visualization. But you visualize your ideal weight is only part of the equation. Not sure where or how do I start? Here are some of my favorite tips for using the Law of Attraction to lose weight;

ONE: Combine your visualization with your workout

You can do this just before you begin your training, or even if you are in the middle. Sometimes exercise can be a little bit (oops – did I say?), So this is a really productive way to set the time. With daydreaming about your ideal place to set your results. When working from a picture or a feeling of the body, how it responds to exercise. Notice how it feels like your body is fitter, stronger and leaner right before your eyes.

TWO: Create a Vision Board

A vision board is basically a group of images, the things you want to in your life. You can cut out, pictures from magazines or downloading of images from the internet and print. These pictures should show what kind of job you want. You can view images of what will you do if you have reached your destination, weight, or even the nature of the foods that are part of the new, healthier lifestyle. Look at these pictures and images every day. Get inspired. How your subconscious mind a picture, it will contribute to this as a reality.

THREE: Use Affirmations

Affirmations are a great way to get what you want. If you are not familiar with affirmations and how they work, then do not hesitate to contact my free e-books for more information. You can assertions practice throughout the day or during a certain time, as the first thing in the morning or before you go to sleep. Affirmations are used to the neurological pathways, steering you away from what you do not want, and what you want.

FOUR: Take Action

The most important step in using the Law of Attraction is that you actually have to do something to the changes you want. You can confirm your ideal weight, until you blue in the face, but you will not achieve anything, unless you act. If used properly, The Law of Attraction can feel like magic – but is not a magical quick fix – it is an opportunity for you to get what you want by focusing on what you want and then tuning into “Notes” from the universe, how to go about it.

For example, let’s say you already have your vision board, you know what you want and need to respond to the smallest details. Then one day out of the blue during your power walk, you might notice an organic fruit and vegetables sold to make their products cheaper, funny how it was there all along, but you’ve just found it now! All of these things for a reason. They are not coincidences or accidents. They are the Law of Attraction at work.

The law of attraction works – believe it or not. The trick is patience, ask for what you want and then leave you want. Let the universe is not what they do best and they can order you what you have at the perfect time, in the perfect manner and for the highest good for all concerned.

Fitness Fix: Microwave Fitness

I remember when I first learned, microwaves, and the fact that they do not heat the food container. What a cool idea.

Why not a fitness program, such as – development of the body, without it?

Microwaves are so easy to use. They remain in the food, then, or press the timer. Or what even cooler is that by pressing the popcorn button in a few minutes munching on popcorn.

I’ve always wondered why, with all the miracles of our time, fitness is not as reliable. You can not just a fitness program and say: “Today I want to grow a tariff on my arm. Tomorrow, I will lose an inch of fat around my waist. And perhaps this weekend I will build an additional strength so I can help the refrigerator mom next month. ”

We all know that it works not so, but then again, before microwave popcorn did not work that way either. What is the problem? Are we not demanding enough of our fitness programs, or are we just a higher standard for kitchen appliances than for our own bodies?

That really took me in a big way one day when I had to tie my shoes to a funeral. Up to this funeral came I was Velcro shoes, you do not like to bend over and tie. I must tell you, there’s nothing like having trouble tying your shoes, in the context of a funeral, so you start thinking about fitness seriously.

That was almost 10 years. And you know what I found? The people are much more demanding of their kitchen appliances, as they from their fitness programs. (Oh, you do not, I mean, other people.)

So why not improve fitness? I found out that there is a lot to do with the words humans. People always talk about fit, but it has no clear meaning – is not something you can test. It’s not like popcorn, where you can tell if it flashes or not.

The same concept applies to weight loss. The way most people talk about losing weight they make no distinction between the loss of 10 pounds of water weight, 10 pounds of muscle or 10 pounds of fat. It is not the same you know.

For the average person, it is quite easy to lose 10 pounds of water weight for a few days, only to see it again. And, for the average person to lose 10 pounds of muscle is catastrophic. It will slow you down, make you tired quicker, make it difficult to focus on, and there is not much better. In addition, it makes it easier to gain fat after.

The loss of 10 pounds of fat is harder, and lasts longer than the other two. But it is not difficult, and not so long, if you know exactly how to do it. I once lost £ 40 fat in 70 days, especially the television, while it is doing, because I knew exactly where the fat loss was key. It is not as convenient as the popcorn button, but it is far more rewarding than the weight loss of type button.

So, what is the fitness of the approach of the microwave to cook the food, but quickly cool the container to contact? There are three things to concentrate.

First you need to know what a fitness goal. Thinning is not clear enough. Thinning can be less fit and make the change you seek is less durable.

If you burn fat and muscles to achieve your goal, you have the pan to cook the food. You do not have to do. You can not unsightly, uncomfortable muscles, fat and keep lean.

Next, you need to know your keys. You can not cook turkey with popcorn button. And you can not build muscle endurance with the key.

The third point is to know where the boundaries of and can not be done. You can use a turkey sandwich in the microwave heat, no problem. But for a Thanksgiving dinner is probably not the best tool for the job.

Even more important than the three points, though, is this: Start request that your fitness programs. Requirement that they actually do something and not just something special, but that is what you wanted.

If you push the button you want popcorn is not the heat, the popcorn and you try not to burn. You try to pop it. And when the microwave is not everything you do not believe successfully, you get a new microwave. You should be so demanding on the tools you on your own body.
